When I was out last week I had some of these and they were edible. (I generally hate olives).

Going out today and thinking I can get a little pouch of them but do they need to be kept cool? It can they just be in a bag?

I too only really like Greek olives.....no idea why :) prefer Greek olive oil too.

The green ones are just so salty and bitter! I keep trying but I just cannot bear them

I have developed a taste for those tiny little peppers with cream cheese in!

Probably only one reason why and not a good reason at that!

Me too often have them with a little ham for lunch.

Are they ok for us type 2s. Assumed because they were so sweet and delicious that we shouldn’t have them!

I buy mine in Aldi in a square jar. It states less than 0.5 carbs in 100grams.

I mean the little peppers with cream cheese in them.
I think they will still have a label on the back.. which will give you the carb percentage..
From that you could decide if they'd be good for your blood sugar or not.
Label reading is a very useful habit to get into.

I've never found any that are anywhere near low carb - and I've looked a lot - roast your own pieces of pepper with a drizzle of good olive oil (be careful with the portion size) then spread with cream cheese - job done :)
