having to take medication
I have type 2 diabetes have had for a few years now however for the past week I've had the constant taste of chocolate in my mouth even when waking up and I've not been eating anything containing chocolate.

Any one got any ideas?

Ketosis??? Have you checked for ketones? (You can buy urine testing strips and some people have fancy blood testing meters that can also test for ketones.)

I'm sorry @RYU I can't offer anything constructive but if I could choose a super power it would be to enjoy the taste of chocolate without actually having to eat it
