I’ve just bought a monitor to check my BG and my reaction to certain foods/circumstances. I am LCHF/KETO. My surgery says I’m not prediabetic any longer and gets frustrated with me. I had to get the monitor because I started getting symptoms again. I’m taking charge myself now.
Fasting BG between 4.8 and 6.
Last week I hit 6.8, mid day. When I looked back my foods were good, the only difference was a sharp spike in stress.
