Yea, know the feeling, doesn't feel I have been away from the GP surgery this year. We'll be on first name terms soon. Got a B12 blood test next week. Great FBGs by the way.

A 4.7 for me this morning. Pleased with that!

My weight however is annoyingly loitering about 1.5kg above 100kg. That would be a nice big number to conquer - hopefully I pass the plateau soon!
