5.4 before eating yesterday evening, 13.1 afterwards.....eek....two tortillas with a healthy chilli. First time I had tried them since diagnosis. Last time I try them since…..ahem. 13.1 is the highest I have seen.

I tried them as an experiment to see if they 'filled me up' without spiking too much, but in fact they're yet another thing to avoid.

now 3.9 a few hours after a breakfast of a poached egg on a slice of low carb toasted bread strange days.

Yesterday lowest 5.3 around lunch highest reading: Had a cauliflower rice cheese and chorizo pizza around 17:30pm, bloods rose from 5.6 to 6.6 but didn't seem to go down much over the evening, went to bed on a 6.4 last night at 23:02.

Yesterday was 3.9 after breakfast and after lunch treated as mild hypo was then 5.3 after dinner and stayed at that the rest of the day.

Yesterday my lowest was 4.7 mid afternoon, about 2 hours after lunch.
My highest was 11.2 after breakfast, about 2 hours after breakfast. Yay for Novosluggish!
