Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.4 at 0704.. 0.1 higher than yesterday so i tested roughly every 90 minutes mainly 5.8s and the usual 5.1 after work at 1730..

Went to nurse yesterday and got a right telling off and told my metformin and poor diet and shift work is playing havoc with my T2 and I have to sort myself out.

I’m totally confused as to what to eat

Here, regardless of what the calendar doesn't say yet, today felt like the first official day of fall despite temps in the low 30s, because the TV channels have been full of college football games. And the kids have already gone back to school. So, I hear your Whoopeee! and I'll add a Yippeeeee!
