Don't know what's going on with me at the mo. FBG up one day, down the next. Work up to a 6.5 this morning.

It's very frustrating isn't it especially if you have been watching watch you eat sometimes mine is better after a poor night's sleep and quite a lot of carbs .

Woke to 8.7. An hour after immediate breakfast 6.4.

An early breakfast seems to work for you too
