Hmmm... 7.7 today.. Had a really bad night as the other half was down with a stomach bug (I had a milder version the previous night) and I had eaten very little during Monday, and probably more importantly I had done no exercise. Off for a run soon ...

5.4 at 4:10 am.
Got my blood test results yesterday, all "good good", hba1c has crept from 34 to 35 mmol/mol though after being completely off metformin for three months. GP's happy, I am happy.

6.8 today morning .. had been to a family function and had sweets yesterday night but still a good fasting number I can say

another high one , 7.6 this morning, but no exercise yesterday and pasta for dinner - I know, I know … what was I thinking? I blame circumstances
However, I did get an early call from the GP re my 6 month diabetes check
Hba1c = 46 (down from previous high of 49) tick
Cholesterol = 6.2 (down from 6.6) tick,
but the single elements were also better, HDL up to1.9 and Triglycerides down to 1.0 -
