I got the Libre on prescription last November. I have taken up the lchf diet and fine tuned my insulin and exercise regime and have finally got to where i have been aiming for.
It has been a learning curve and i have found what works and what dosent and how so many things effect my glucose levels.
When i started it the Diabetes nurse tried to change my insulin but i said just give me time to get used the continuous readings and what i can do to improve.
I knew i could do it and know its not going to be easy to maintain . But now i feeling quite chuffed
