i’m on the freestyle libre and have been for a few months now, and i put one on just now and tons of blood seeped through the little hole in the middle! it’s stopped now but i can see what looks like a lot of blood underneath the sensor.

should i keep it on or take it off? what should i do?

Definitely keep the sensor on.
You'll likely find the 'bleeder' to be much more accurate than a 'non-bleeder' :) Obviously sited in a more vascular area ;)

[Edit] It might be best to secure the sensor with some Rock tape, or bandage, in case it falls off due to not sticking so well, due to the blood.

UPDATE:

so it’s a few days later and i just looked to find out it bled a little through the hole again and also lots of dry blood is around the edges!
it looks to be sticking ok at the moment but idk what to do!

If it works and doesn't hurt, just leave it and use tape over it to secure it.
Have you tested with finger pricks as well to check if it's fine?

What exactly are you worried about?
