Not sure if I have this never been tested but years ago was put on motilium as was told I had it due to being bloated when first diagnosed with steroid Induced T2D and UC. I stopped taking the drug for certain reasons but was wondering can LCHF/PALEO KETO help with gastroparesis. thanks

The only problem I can see with LCHF is the high fat element as fats can slow down digestion maybe try moderate fats instead.

It is recommended that Domperidone ( motilium) should be taken at the lowest effective dose and not for extended periods because of possible side effects
