I was wondering at what point does the hunger subsidise. It seems to take a lot for me to arrive at satiety. It’s scary to consume so many calories after a lifetime of being brain washed. This morning I had two scrambled eggs with butter and 150 gram of streaky bacon. I was still hungry! So I then had a bulletproof coffee. My brain is struggling with eating nearly 1000 calories for breakfast.
I know I’m not fat adapted yet, but I struggle to get my carbs below 40 for a day.
Any advise would be appreciated.
i am over a year into this.
and i would agree wholeheartedly with
@bulkbiker
IF i don't eat, i feel fine..(i was a greedy Bu**er, once i started eating)
but once i eat now, then i just feel i need more food.
for me , that was just the boredom factor.
if i ate then went straight to work, i wasn't hungry,
but if i ate then sat for say 10 minutes, yep, i wanted something else..
the drink of water is a good idea.
or just have something to do and just leave the table..
once your mind is on to something else, the hunger might just recede.
(simple to implement..and at no cost, to boot)
fascinating, just how different the calcium scores actually are...48 v 1..
best wishes for finding your way to skipping that extra sausage or two.
my breakfast many days is just a few slices of cheese, some nuts and a cup of tea
NEVER, would i have ever considered THAT enough to get me by..yet it does admirably most days.
