I was away for 5 days on holiday to Spain and ate lots of naughty things, and I didn't take any Metformin.

Breakfast: Coffee and some lovely Spanish pastries, sometimes scrambled eggs and bacon.
Lunch: Usually paella, veggies and lots of seafood - various fish, squid, clams...
Dinner: Black rice, more seafood, like grilled squid and fish in sauce.

It was quite hot, usually around +26C. I did a lot of walking and swimming, and partook in activities at the hotel throughout the day. Now back to the rainy UK, taking my meds properly and back to checking blood sugars too.
