6.0 fasting
30 mins walking afterwards, I think it's the exercise that's improving my levels. That, and less stress and tiredness.

Yesterday 4.9 and today 5.3. Who was it that opened a box of chocolates I was given as a thank you even though he knew I don't? Visiting daughter that is who.
She did help me make goat's milk fetta cheese which was a success but the homogenised cow's milk cheddar was not. Going to have to find a back street dairy. Here they milk cannot be sold direct to the public.

Yesterday - 5.8 at 07:00. A long day - about 6 hours driving with a couple of breaks. Did 200+ miles - I'm getting too old for this! :lol:
Today - 5.7 at 08:00. After a 'treat' supper last night - Tesco shepherd's pie - I'm happy with that.

it's now 2wks since my op for stage 2 Ovarian Endometriosis and cyst removal. I understand I'll still be healing. I'm more concerned about the 2hours + post meal readings that are in their 20s which are still occuring (no Ketones). So off to the Diabetes nurse I go today

5.0 at 08:00 this morning - considering I had a 'lapse' yesterday (2 sandwiches - lunch and tea :shock: ), I don't understand how today's fasting reading happened!

Hi, 12.4 this morning! been ill again, more antibiotics and being refeered to a ENT specialist now. Latest HbA1c result down to 7.7% so thats coming dowwwwn. I dont understand anything with my diabetes or BG levels these days! Am well fed up.
