5.9 this a.m. I much preferred the lower numbers I was seeing. Bit of a mystery what is going on, my numbers were relatively high for most of the day yesterday, never got below 5.5. Had a couple of boiled eggs and a tablespoon of Greek yogurt for breakfast and bloods went from 5.5 to 7 which was a bit of a surprise. See what today brings, good health and good bloods to you all.

7,8 this morning. Then it became 11.0 two hours after breakfast. I will sit down and try to make a daily food-list today (four meals a day where the carbohydrates is below 80 to 100 g each day all together).
