6.4 two hours post breakfast + shorter walk than usual. I'm feeling really off colour and my ibs is playing up. Does feeling yucky affect sugar levels?

I resisted the fish & chips last night - had a piece of quiche instead , but despite all that was 5.8 at 08:00 today, so not too bad.

4.9 at 08:30 this morning - no idea why, unless it was the MRI scan :shock: .
Getting back in control today, so things should get a bit better from now on.

5.6 at 07:00 yesterday;
6:0 at 07:00 today.
I've spent 2.5 days on site in a lovely old church, digging up bodies, so my meals are all over the place! Should be back on the straight-and-narrow tomorrow - I hope!
