Hi, I am a Man 75 years old, weight about 102 kg, 1.83 mtr and heavy build.
For 5 years ago, my weight was about 123kg. I had 159mg in the morning before breakfast.The doctor told me to go using tablets, because I was about getting diabetics 2.
I refused because wanted to try to loose weight first.
I succeeded 10kg and then with a weight round 101kg my level was about 125mg, so it happely worked.
Now 5 years later (75 years old), I have still about the same 102kg but before breakfast I have 155mg.
It is hard to manage, with walking, less eating, to get the same result of 125mg as I had 5 years ago.
Question:
Is it correct, by going older 5 years now, that you have to loose more weight then before, for getting back the same value of 125mg??
Would it be better now, on my age, to use tablets?
