Great to see this post I was wondering what everyone else’s readings were like
Don’t know why but it’s kinda comforting to be able compare (I know it’s not a contest )
I have a fasting reading of Low this morning
Last night it was 13.2 (but I had eaten a lot of junk on Saturday and Sunday)
I have only just started monitoring my bloods at home - I had total anxiety and phobia about the needles but to be honest it’s not that bad (my daughter has to do it so still working on doing it myself)
Going to try do several readings today to see what my bloods are like throughout the day and the plan is to improve them - wish me luck!!

spotted your other post,..then saw this.
Just wanted to say, great idea.

i found it so helpful (but as you say it's NOT a race)
to find myself like minded people, and a trend to try and follow
and when i fell below it...to have those same people, tell me not to worry, been there done that, blah, blah..
and ALL the good stuff the forum is AND should i think be world famous for.

the journey is long, but oh so rewarding when you start making progress,
and the best part....
