Here are the two types of brekfast I do most :
a) Skyr (Icelandic yog - hi protein, 0 carb) 5 or 6 blueberries, half a grapefruit, a glass of Tesco redcurrent & raspberry juice (0 carb)
b) Egg, bacon, sausage, washed down with Tesco redcurrent & raspberry juice (0 carb)
Both fuel me up all morning until lunch so no need to have a mid morning snack.
I'm pre T2 (hba1c down from 97 to 47)and weigh 75kg, average 9,000 steps per day.
No pills.
