Losing steadily

A while ago I posted about how I might get weightloss going having not lost that much. Thanks for the advice and support!
I have avoided the scales but have had to start safety pinning skirts so they don't fall down! So stood on scales today and I've lost 2 stone in 4 months. That's a lot! I feel much better in myself and I'm about 1/2 a stone away from my 'happy weight'.
Last time I lost this amount of weight it took me 2 years. That's carbs for you. I was fighting a losing battle.
I'm more trusting now that I'll keep dropping slowly as long as I stick at LC.

Nothing! Just stuck at it and stopped worrying about it.
I have a stack of clothes that need adjusting. That'll be Christmas hols then!

Just been thinking.. I did make one change I have been doing 16:8 fasting most of the time.
No breakfast except coffee, something to eat as late morning as I can go, lunch, dinner and nothing after 8pm.

I've not been hungry generally. Metformin could well be having effect on appetite. I don't even think about putting a large portion on my plate anymore. It's always a sensible small size. And rarely have the desire to carbs binge either which is a relief.
