Dexcom supply problems

Anyone else having problems getting Dexcom Supplies.

They have switched to a new courier company DPD.
Last months sensors were sent to me 4 times, (I’m located in Jersey)
3 of the 4 attempts after two days were notified on the DPD tracking site as bing returned to Dexcom.
I ended up taking two separate days off work to wait for couriers who never arrived.

now a month on it’s all starting again.
This months order is now marked on the DPD sits as being returned to Dexcom.
It’s getting ridiculous.
Dexcom were using DHL for deliveries to Jersey before and no problems.

Timely post. I was thinking of trying out Dexcom.
I have my stuff delivered to work nowadays. We have an understanding MD.

I’ve been using Dexcom for 2 yrs + now. They’ve always used DPD and as of yet I’ve had no problems whatsoever.
Delivery dates and times are always spot on. On occasion deliveries have arrived early.
Personally I find Dexcom a pleasure to deal with.
Could DPD be the problem?

DPD are so daft they can’t even find Jersey.
The package doesn't even leave their U.K. depot before they suddenly decide to return it to Dexcom

No issues with deliveries here through DPD, am sure if there was a supply issue it would be communicated to customers.
