Yep I’ve noticed a trend with my eating habits, especially on work days.Rasps and yoghurt.
Ham whole meal bun with red pepper, cucumber, toms and celery.
Morrison’s curry (grandson day, pooped!) with cauliflower rice
Jelly and single cream.
Interesting how repetitive some of my postings are beginning to look.

I think the important thing though is the fact that we can eat what we do day in day out.
Hopefully the thread may help people who may feel guilty about talking about carbs or even offer hope to newbies who think life has to change completely.

Lunch large piece of cod carrots cabbage and peas coffee
Celery mmmmmmmmm great with soft cheese or peanut butter. It’s a bit like Marmite - you either love it or hate it. Personally I hate Marmite
