Does anyone else feel absolutely frozen to the bone when there sugars are low (not hypo but low for what they are used to)
Heating has been on for 3 hours and I am frozen I cannot warm up. Sugars are perfect at 4.9 but I’ve noticed it a lot this winter. Sometimes when I am in the 4s I am cold. The cold where you cannot get warm!

Yes! I wore gloves in bed last night. I’ve been lowering my blood sugar via diet and now my fingers, nose and toes are like ice cubes.

Not unusual. It should pass in the fullness of time. It did for me anyway.

Yes. I am chilled to the bone when BG is normal. I just can’t get warm these days unless I’m running high.
