Hmmm polyols (which this uses for sweetening) have been known to have quite dramatic impact on the stomach...
Don't eat too much of it or prepare for "disaster pants" if you do (I'll leave that to your imagination).

I could have used this a few weeks back when things were... reluctant... to get moving. It's OK now
