Save money: Lose Weight on ITV is investigating the Low Carb diet by Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi for diabetes control and prevention. (as we watch!)
The subject has lost weight and normalised her blood glucose levels. At least the low carb approach is gaining ground in the mainstream.
