Hi All, Here is my beginner’s question: if I have an extra-low (for me) carb day (no bread, potatoes, etc etc, no fruit, no tomatoes, no alcohol), should I expect to see a reduced fbg reading next morning, compared to previous days’ fbg readings.
(I have been recently diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. I’m slim - bmi 20. 76 yrs.). Thanks.
