I gave myself a really messed-up day yesterday. This resulted in me missing taking my Metformin and, whilst not eating, in a 18 hour fast. I did a test during this and I was 8.1. So, during an insomniac, restless night:

3:18 ≈ 7.3
6:16 ≈ 9.0
8:35 ≈ 8.2

Ouch! I didn’t eat because there hadn’t been an opportunity to do so, actually I didn’t feel hungry either. During this self-induced fast I had an 8.1. I wasn’t light-headed. Eh?

Out of this came a realisation for me: How do I Fast and take my medication, Metformin?

This is an interesting question? But perhaps for its own thread. How about starting a new post in a different sub forum such as Ask a Question or Type 2. Then it’ll keep this thread free for recording FBS levels :)
