First holiday since getting the pump, I survived!

I decided to take my son to centre parcs for half term, leaving hubby behind with the dogs and the business.
I was a little nervous as usually quite sedentary needed to drop my Basal quite a lot to accommodate all the activities, disconnect for swimming etc. It went really well! Having only getting the pump end of Nov this is the first chance I’ve had to let it show me its stuff!

No crazy highs or lows and also guessed most of the carbs correctly at dinner times so a win win!

Also not a type 1 but have to comment as I love Center Parcs! I’m so glad you had some quality time with your son whilst staying in control of your diabetes. I’ve always found the restaurants there totally willing to adapt meals to my low carb eating requirement.
