Just back from a meal out.
Fresh cod loin on a bed of Mediterranean rice with a very tasty topping. Absolutely delicious.
Guesstimated the carbs, currently on 5.6 but expecting a delayed rise from the rice....maybe.
Will know soon enough I guess.

Hello sorry, I dunked my rich teas in my tea for the first time. I think I can relate
I’ve had a banana 20g
150g vegan yogurt 7.5g
Blueberries 50g, I’m guessing for this, 7g & 4 strawberries 2-3g.

Skipped breakfast, no work today, no need to eat early. Still need to inject for feet on floor.
Lunch out was ham and cheese omelette with chips and salad on the side.
2 biscuits pre gym.
2 glucotabs during workout.
Protein shake post gym.
2 toast with fresh tomatoes for evening snack.

I'm having pancake day today I think as I've got my young one over, tricky to fit in with a Sunday dinner but if I have one less Yorkshire pudding and reduce the roast spud and the mashed spud portion I'll find room for a few pancakes made from the left over Yorkshires batter if I thin it out.

I’m baking apple cakes when I get home, to take into work tomorrow, meeting my mentor for the first time so am sucking up.

10oz SR flour, 6oz butter, 6 oz sugar (I’m mixing caster and muscovado), 2 finely chopped Bramley apples and two eggs. Plus all the cinnamon & allspice. Mix in the usual cakey way and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes for a full sized cake or 20 for cupcakes. I’m doing a double batch.
