Low Sugars

Hi , I moved onto the tresiba insulin pen a few weeks ago but recently I'm having low sure at breakfast ' 8am' regularly now,could this be the tresiba or possibly to much novorapid with the sooner meal ?

Hi @Djtheboss your novorapid only lasts a max of around 4 hours so unless your eating at around 3am it won’t be this - a regular pattern indicates too much basal - what’s your waking level like ?

Hi, it's the morning that is the problem.Only mornings
I'm also on Tresiba and have a similar issue, but the drop is usually predictable for me. Talk to your DSN if you can to confirm, but i'd suggest dropping by 1unit to manage the morning hypo and maybe a slight increase in bolus IF you start going high throughout the day.
Please don't take my word for this, talk to your DSN. But that's what i'm trying to do :)
