Dry itchy rash on my left palm

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed has type 1diabetic January 2019 so obviously sick of doctors and hospitals I e had a rash on my left palm for a couple of months now (I’m right handed) it’s itchy and very dry. I’ve been using Aveeno cream on it daily but it’s not budging x has anyone else had this before I go to doctors if I can actually get an appointment.

Ask the chemist. If it's eczema I use a tiny bit of 1% steroid cream, which you can buy at the chemist. Put moisturiser on first, let it soak in for 10 minutes, then use steroid cream. Works well for me.

Sounds like eczema or more likely psoriasis, which quite commonly affects the palms. Steroid cream and a docs or chemist appointment as suggested seems the best option, be careful with moisturisers as they can aggravate it more. I'd recommend Letibalm if you're going to try one, it's not cheap but great for dry and itchy skin :)
