just check mine this morning and its 15mmol. need help on this
Welcome to the forum. You don't give any information as to your diagnoses whether you are type 1 or 2, whether you have been recently diagnosed? What meds (if any)? What food advice if any you have been given., etc.

Dawn phenomenon can have an impact on blood sugars of a morning so this can raise your levels. May be worthwhile creating your own thread to ask some questions, you will get lots of support and advice from the members of this forum.

Keep posting.

Cheers C.

Hi @Edwina123 , and welcome.
I see you have started you own thread. https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/hello-everyone.172904/ if you provide more info there on type of diabetes, medication, etc, you will get specific advice.
In the meantime , if you haven’t already, have a look at this approved info for new members..

I also found this to bevery useful..

Oh yikes, @karen8967 , mine was 8.6. Not that I am trying to ‘Top Trump’ or anything.
All I can think is that I had a lousy nights sleep, and didn’t get up until late. It dropped to 7.5 after late breakfast, but still not happy about it.
Glad yours has settled again Karen.
thanks pipp im in the 5s now so all good these stubborn hypos are the worse think il do a bit of basal testing too as needs change all the time xx
