I was 21.6 after dinner yesterday so obviously still food tweaks to be made.

Mine have been 14/15 last few weeks ,I am in 3 metformin tablets a day and struggling to control my eating ! Is this really high as I was diagnosed just over a year ago so don’t really know and I cant get appointment at doctors atm for obvious reason thank you

Same thing happened to me earlier this week. Usually 5’s, then 6.5. I think mine was stress - related - too much googling of medical symptoms the night before! Hadn’t appreciated how powerful stress was on levels.
