New member but not a new diabetic.
I have had type 1 diabetes for 37 years.
Since I was 13.
Have my ups and downs like everyone else.
Came across this forum.
Look forward to reading and learning more about various topics.
Especially diet and control.
I really need to find out more about slow burning foods.
