Sunny, warmish day here in the good old Midlands.

Off into town to see what I can find. Probably more books. No seriously I need a couple of toiletry items so hoping I can get them.

Youngest daughter and hubby popping in later, havent seen son in law since Christmas. He's a ward sister so has been kept very busy with all this nasty virus. (Hope he's symptom free )

Me too @ Wolfie, dammit! My nearest store is over the Irish Sea, I don’t think I’ve a hope in hell for a KK but perhaps someone will weigh in with a sub seeing I mentioned donuts WAY WAY too much last night

well what to do in this beautiful weather we're having?

Off for some exercise later ie walk the dog or usually the dog walks me.

Managed a chat with the grandkids on a video call last night so that was good.

And plowing my way through my book. Good old 900 odd page turner and I'm about 300 in.

Have the most horrific pains in my legs and back though so good job I bought some pain relief before this virus.

I hope you're all keeping well.

Busy doing ...not a lot....just made some Parmesan and cheddar crisps with paprika and Italian seasoning

I actually cooked last night. Before any snark comments I have physical conditions and mh conditions which means its not always safe.

Hubby usually cooks - he's a retired chef so doesnt mind.

I made paprikash - a smoked paprika, chicken and pepper stew. Really enjoyed it.

Tonight I'll leave it to hubby - it's too complicated for me

Today I'm going to do a bit of cleaning and then read my book. There is nothing on tv to watch and I dont fancy any of my dvds.

Watched the Gentlemen last night, too convuluted for me, read instead and played silly facebook games.

I miss going for a swim 3/4 times per week so am taking the dog on longer walks.
Exercise helps your appetite and also sleeping.
Some people actually think being in prison is like a holiday camp.
They've probably changed their minds now.

Just doing routine stuff around the house , been down man cave....came back lack of materials to do what I need
Anyway chilled out and happy with molly56....as I watch her ironing ....lunch time soon,avocado on sourdough for molly56,Cox apple for me ....lost 1st 5lbs on my dr m.mosley 8 week diet almost 10% of my body weight blood sugars regularly 5.5mm happy with that
