Well I'm still on a small amount of insulin which considering a fairly new one I've had no delivery problem. Yogarts are my staple diet with chicken and cod, salmon and mackerel; with the odd lamb dropped off the bone cooked in slow cooker.
Tesco hv sourced nuts throughout this period of post war generation hoarding. Many in my area they hv hoarded on high carb foods including dry pasta. Yes, so that's where its gone! Still sitting on their shelves at home. Some probables gathering dust right now. Although mind u if sources dry up we know who will not starve, eh?
I'm very very fortunate that I hv 3 different eaters in our family unit which would hv to self isolate (long-term) together.
Post war dieters, 70s on high carb but now low carb and kids which need a balanced diet without high carb based meals.
Don't you think this war on the virus has shocked the world into saving the planet and ourselves?
Mother nature at her finest. She always causes deaths though.... I think it's about time she was renamed.
Any ideas?
I cannot get my usual Asda delivery so I'm having to go out to Town to get frozen food from iceland. Asda has always been 2 taxis for me.... even before all this. Due to cuts on bus services from austerity.
