Hovis Low Carb

Feel I’ve been mislead...
Hovis low carb bread 9g carbs 1g sugar
Per slice.
Kingsmeal no crust bread 7g 0g sugar
Per slice.

I Only have 1 or 2 slice a week in chicken sandwich as I try keeping off the bread but thought I’d share this with you.

It may also be worth looking at the carbs per 100g. The size of slices can vary between different manafacturers
