I have been higher at bed time and a lot lower but 6.6 would not worry me overly as to the other part of your question I do not have injections so I can't help you with that.

It's my understanding Diane recently started on Ozempic? (A week maybe 2 back.)
From a previous post her jab was on a Tuesday since the question was asked on a Sunday night, Diane may be trying to accertain a pattern as the drug tails off in it's action?
