Spasms in feet and jaw trembling

Hi guys last 1year i have been experiencing my feet getting spasms and moving involuntary and sometimes my lower jaw is trembling moving involuntary has anyone experienced anything like this?.

Don't want alarm you, but see a doctor. These may be the early signs of something. Or it may be nothing. Get checked out anyway.

Hi guys last 1year i have been experiencing my feet getting spasms and moving involuntary and sometimes my lower jaw is trembling moving involuntary has anyone experienced anything like this?.

I experienced this with my feet and calf muscles.

Before starting insulin I used to regularly get cramps in my feet and my big toe would act weirdly clinging onto rest of the toes and it was hard to separate them. In the middle of the night I would get random stabbing pains in my calf muscles which would wake me up and literally made me scream .

My theory is:
-dehydration due to high BG
-lack of insulin so muscles cannot get energy

Together they make sense
