Great way to Exercise

I dislike people who judge me for my weight i have lots of problems was born very premature which resulted in lots of health problems since i was little still affect me today.
Hi to all,

This morning when i went to get my cat in i saw
that the house on the corner their was an exercise
Bike outside i knocked on the door to ask the
Lady if she was selling it and how much she
Very kindly said I could have it only needed chain
tightening up so i have been on it twice today
already and luv it just needs a bit of paint where
Its a bit rusty I can do next week outside
Just upped my motivation today to carry on using
this everyday hopefully will have some weightloss
to say for taking this up aswell as healthy eating here I come no stopping me now Wow.

Hi there - In the summer months, I have my bike on a static trainer arrangement, when I'm not peddling it around the lanes. That becomes a bit like an exercise bike.

If I'm using it that way, I tend to have my iPad propped up in a suitable place, and watch something on iPlayer, or such like.

It's amazing how the time flies when we're not necessarily concentrating on the effort we're making.

Thanks for info this is just the start I am going
To buy a cycle 2 so I can go on rather valley in nice weather so hopefully their will be a new me at some point.I will keep carrying on cycle time.

I managed to finally get a stationary bike as they are pretty much sold out everywhere and have been using it for at least 30mins a day alongside low carbs. Slow and steady but it's working. It's one of those sit down bikes so no standing but it does what I need

I have signed up to iFit and it plays through my tablet and although I don't have one of those expensive bikes that changes incline, the tweaking of resistance offers a challenge.

It's great to see improvements. You'll quickly find your RPM goes up and you can go for longer, faster at higher resistance :)
