What should i do? Help please

hi, got kidney stone and an infection now got the runs real bad with nausea. Have only manged bite of sandwich since yesterday. Just did bs 3.6, had some lucazade sport but can only have bit at time. Anyone any advice?

Have you got any tins of soup in the house? Chicken soup is very soothing and comforting. You need something to settle your stomach and soup should do that.

If you don't get any improvement in the way you feel pretty soon, phone either the out-of-hours GP service or NHS Direct for help. Or get someone to take you to your nearest A&E - don't be afraid of "wasting their time" - that's what they are there for!

Thanks, my mum found out my reading and is checking on me often. Managed some arrowroot biscuits so ok for now.
