I've just had my first HbA1c test results since my initial T2 diagnosis in April. I was at 84 in April and am now down to 45.

This was achieved without any diabetes medication and through adopting the LCHF approach that so many of you advocate on here.

I know there's still some way to go to improve further, but I'm pretty pleased with the reduction.

Thank you to those of you who have helped answer my questions, and also those of you who generally post advice, report your own inspirational successes and support other forum users - I couldn't have done it without you.

Well done. It is one thing to be given good advice, it is another thing to take action based on it.
Especially when it seems that GPs, Dieticians and Diabetes specialists mostly tell you just the opposite!
