Hi all, I'm new to this. I was diagnosed prediabetic last week and put on the national diabetes prevention programme. It's all a bit overwhelming and trying to get my head around it all.

Hi all, I'm new to this. I was diagnosed prediabetic last week and put on the national diabetes prevention programme. It's all a bit overwhelming and trying to get my head around it all.

It's definitely a bit scary and overwhelming when you first find out! Just try and stay positive and also try to think a bit about diet and exercise (if you don't already). that's good they've put you on the diabetes prevention program, hopefully that'll help and will be a good way to learn lots about it all too!
