Yes, sometimes. Though I find increasing water consumption does lower it considerably.
Not suggesting drinking gallons, but perhaps a 250ml glass every hour or so. Make sure you are not getting dehydrated.
Strangely, I find just the opposite. My numbers decrease in hot weather, sometimes quite noticeably. Maybe because I am more relaxed and taking it easy. Except, of course, if I eat too many ice creams! Hydration is very important in this weather.
