i used to use the above website be Ewelina, which seems to be a closed site.

Thanks but no it’s not her. The recipes use low carb flours to achieve good results. Its a shame if they’ve gone.

I really liked the low carb baking in this book (with foreword by Dr David Unwn) and remember the muffin recipes got great feedback on this forum!
