Fascinating, I'm not surprised that Keto can help mental illness, it's definitely lifted my spirits. I'm just surprised the medical world are taking so long to come to this conclusion..... oh wait... it must be because drugs are being dropped? Apologies for my cynicism.

Wondering if people have seen the Meryl Streep film? 'First Do No Harm'.
