Highest reading for 2 weeks - no idea why. No meds. Doing super low carb, low cal - 6 weeks into 12 week commitment (have stacks of weight to lose!). Vast majority of all other pre and post meal readings in normal range for past 3 weeks and increasingly rare to get a 'pre-diabetic' reading - well , except for that recalcitrant morning one.
