The trends on the Libre are probably more interesting than the actual figures. I've noticed that light exercise (leisurely pedalling my e-bike) can spike me as badly as carby foods, but more intense exercise (working up to 160bpm heart rate on my exercise bike) doesn't. So anything with carbs (even low numbers) before a bike ride is a bad idea if I'm trying to stay in single figures.

That's so interesting re the exercise thing. I gardened most of the day yesterday (no heavy digging so no heart rate challenge, but lots of weeding, planting, mulching and watering) and was astonished and not pleased that when I happened to do a finger prick test at around 5pm, my reading was 7.0! But a couple of hours later before dinner, it had dropped to 5.4. Was thinking I needed to look at whether moderate exercise could elevate blood sugars.

Oh and this morning's reading 5.2, yippeee!
