What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all, 4.7 this morning. Still on steroids and now also on methotrexate, so pleased with my reading although they have been hit and miss. Steroids been reduced from today thank goodness and I’m due my Hba1C test in the next few weeks. That’ll be interesting!

8.6 this morning. Suspect it has something to do with a stressful day at work yesterday and a bad nights sleep last night as I was on call and got woken up a couple of times over night

Poor sleep impacts greatly on sugar levels
