I’m not diagnosed as having diabetes mellitus. But I do have random attacks of both Hypo and Hyperglycaemia. Latest ranges from 3.5 to 12.88. So no idea what is happening to me. I’m a rare and medically complicated.

@Jamjam01 & @alicelois , I think you both might want to research Reactive Hypoglycemia. It's a thing, and most GP's and some specialists have never heard of it.
